I first met Amala in 2017, and from my very first session with her, I felt she could see me clearly and reflect back the things I needed to acknowledge in myself. Her integrity stood out to me from the beginning and remained consistent in every meeting we had afterward. She works in full service of your true happiness, and sometimes that means helping you face less healthy habits or ingrained conditionings that we all inevitably carry. I’ve sought her help many times over the years, right up to the present day. Her genuine care for the needs you bring into a session, combined with her gift for working with people, is something I wish everyone could experience. In my view, it’s rare to find someone who makes it easier to truly understand our relationships with ourselves and with others. Amala has been granted a wisdom in this area that feels especially needed in the world right now. Looking back from 2017 until today, I can see the consistency and quality of her work and can testify to how much it has helped me in the moments I needed it most.
